Qualifications:
- Applicants credit history is collected within the screening process, approval is not credit score
based
- Applicant must be individuals, not corporations
- Applicants must have proof of income, self employed applicants need to provide 2 most recent years
of tax returns, also 1099's and/or W-2's
- Retired persons must provide proof of sufficient income and/or sufficient reserves in the
bank
- Applicants that may be weak in one area, may have considerable strengths in other areas. A strong
co-signer will be considered
- Approval process is handled case by case. Sometimes double or triple deposit will be required
Rental Application Instructions:
Prospective Tenants Must Complete Entire Application and Return it with the Following:
- $50 Application Fee for One Applicant/$75 Application Fee for Two Applicants
- Valid Government Issued Picture ID
- Copy of Social Security Card
- Two Most Recent Paystubs or Proof of Income
- Earnest Money in amount equal to first month's rent.
When application is accepted, the earnest money will be deposited. If your application in not accepted, your earnest money will be returned.
